Using Bilvo
These terms cover your use of the Bilvo website and the Bilvo app at build.bilvo.io, where you build, edit, publish and update websites. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. [Draft copy, have it reviewed before launch.]
Your content
You own the websites you make and the words, photos and files you add. We host your projects and the sites you publish on bilvo.live. You can download your site’s files any time and put them live wherever you like.
Photos, fonts and icons used in your site stay under their own licences. Fonts are SIL Open Font Licence.
Our styles
You may use the styles in the app to build websites for yourself and, on Pro or Lifetime, for your clients. You may not copy, resell or share the styles themselves, or the app, as templates, themes, UI kits or a competing product. If these terms are broken, we may close the account without refund.
Your AI account
The app runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT account, which you connect on their own page. We never see your password. You pay your AI provider for your subscription, and their own terms apply to that usage. Bilvo adds no AI charge.
Plans and payments
Plans are counted by websites. Each new website you start in the app counts as one; editing or updating it doesn’t. The Free plan includes 3 websites and is for your own personal projects only, not for client or commercial work. Pro and Lifetime let you build unlimited websites every month.
Lifetime can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase, as long as fewer than 5 websites were built with it: just email hello@bilvo.io. Monthly and yearly plans aren’t refundable, so we encourage you to try Bilvo first on the Free plan. Early Bird purchases made before 14 October 2026 can be fully refunded any time before launch day, no questions asked: just email hello@bilvo.io. Lifetime is a single payment and includes all future updates. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you about important changes before they take effect.
